Quoted from: Play on...or not, March 09th, 2010 00:20  GMT
there are teams playing Platinum that are not Platinum teams....Why is that?

Where was a competitive injustice done to anybody?  Maybe the scores are deceiving (I didn't see the Platinum games), but the scores sure look like almost all the games were competitive ones with six ties in Platinum games and all but one game with a goal differential of 2 or less.  Also, every Platinum team scored at least one goal.  Further, only one platinum team shut-out every opponent.

Got lots of video this tournament. 18 teams at four beautiful venues (16 from u14g). As a preview of coming attractions please enjoy these short clips from Castro Valley, Redwood City, Mountain View, and Half Moon Bay.

Thanks to the Juventus club for hosting. Both my dd's played in the tournament and had a very nice time.

does anyone know if this was a "ranked" event according to GotSoccer? GotSoccer lists the game results on the team pages, but not the final tournament results/points, etc.

Got Soccer usually takes some time with some tournaments. The points should be on there soon enough. It was a got soccer tournament using their software online. It was ranked Premier Elite i believe so as high as it gets. Maybe 1 level below but not less then that.
