Quoted from: SacAudi, January 19th, 2013 17:05 GMTQuoted from: lunita, January 17th, 2013 14:28 GMTTo the "not in Norcal in CYSA district 6 list", I think you can add East Sacramento, Prospectors and Capital Valley United. They each have some pretty strong ( top silver and silver elite) teams in certain age brackets.
Stating East Sac and CVU have strong teams is foolish. They might be decent on occasions. CVU is experiencing some internal issues
Note the wording. SOME PRETTY STRONG teams. East Sac's U9 &U10 girls teams very some of the best in CYSA this past season, and CVU had some teams in certain age groups too -- U10 boys, U11 girls, U12 boys and U14 girls, I think? I don't think either is on its way to Norcal Premier any time soon.

I see that East Sac's 03 (to be u11) team played the first nor cal play date as a Woodland Soccer Club team. I'll bet other coaches from non-nor cal club's will be doing the same thing. I'm not sure if there are any rules against this.

Quoted from: mtnlady, January 16th, 2013 23:40 GMTFor the sake of clarity.. one list. All are district six CYSA save for Stockton.
49er United (Auburn) --> YES ARFC --> YES, via Fair Oaks Azzurri --> YES Cal Blues (used to be Placer Alliance) --> YES Chico Cal ---> YES El Dorado --> YES
Elk Grove --> YES
Eureka --> YES
Fair Oaks --> YES Folsom --> YES Lincoln --> NO Loomis --> YES Fair Oaks --> YES Orangevale --> NO
RCU --> YES
Rocklin --> NO
Roseville --> NO SSA --> YES
Stockton Storm --> YES
By the way, if by Azzurri, you mean the Yuba-Sutter YSL Azzurri Soccer Club, they are not registered with Nor Cal Premier. Also, Yuba-Sutter FC that does play in Nor Cal is not affiliated with YSYSL. It is a group that split off from YSYSL several years ago, and basically consists of a few local high school coaches that use the teams as a feeder system into their high school programs.
