That's the perception, isn't it? I think I detect sarcasm in your post and rightfully so. Your daughter should be getting all she needs from her club's regular training regimen.

I recall some years ago overhearing Rage's head trainer, Philippe Blin, talking to a group of youngers to whom he said something to the effect of: "Trainer? Why would you have another trainer? Do you know who your best trainer is? YOU!"

He went on to explain that juggling, playing wall ball, and just playing soccer with friends and family was more valuable than additional paid training. And what's more it's free!

More amusement than sarcasm.  Sometimes it is just funny to hear what others think of our club.  In reality, it is a great group of kids who love playing soccer, a great group of coaches who love their jobs, and a great group of parents (with the requisite crazy parent sprinkled here and there, like in most clubs).

For whatever reason, this age group is particularly deep for Mustang.  At U11 we had three D1 teams and four D3 teams, and a number of the players on the D3 teams could have played D1 but chose not to because of other commitments.  It will be fun to see what happens when they go to the big field.
