You mean 01-02?
Can you be more specific?
Ajax 02 Elite has best striker
Stars 02 has best overall team and will prove that by pulling in
any ringer they can in order to maintain that. See team above
Lots of up and coming teams...
If this is the age group you mean and were talking girls...happy to have a fun back and forth

To be fair to the USA Stars. They are clearly the top U11G team in Nor Cal. I don't think that can be disputed. They tend to use Guest Players when they travel down south to play in the big events. This is not unheard of throughout the many clubs. The Stars have absolutely no reason to "stack" their team when playing U11G Nor Cal teams.

Do the USA Stars have any plans to get into a league? Is it sustainable to have a team without a league to play in?

Without a league I think they kids leave as the get older. No question that guy is a great coach. There's money to be made to make players better.

(quoting all the comments above)
The USA Stars sound like the old Rocklin, a.k.a., Placer, er, Cal Blues Strikers.

Historically they have been the best team. Have both seen and played against them in multiple tournaments this year including SoCal blues. Have yet to see them without that very talented striker from Ajax except when they played a tight 2-1 game against Ajax (which the stars won--great game). Stars lost some EDUSA talent this year, not the top talent, but solid players and athletes. So I think it will be very interesting NEXT year to see if the stars are able to maintain and/or grow their depth.

I work with the Ajax Premier team (b team) and with stars not in Nor Cal state cup it looks as if the our Elite team has a shot at first place. But you never know.As for their striker, what a humble great soccer player.
